We deliver nationwide and the fee depends on how far the delivery location is to the physical store. We carefully package all plants to ensure they arrive healthy and secure.
Standard delivery takes about 1-3 business days within Batangas range. The period of delivery still depends on the delivery location or area.
Only our admin can cancel orders. If you want to request a cancellation, please message/call us at 0913-987-3454 and state your reason for cancellation.
For now, we only offer the following payment methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – for all orders that will be delivered.
• On-hand Payment – for orders that will be picked up in person.
We are continuously improving our system, and soon we will be adding convenient
online payment options like GCash, and other
secure digital methods for better efficiency and customer experience.
Yes, we do offer discounts—especially when we run promotions or special deals.
There are times when we give price drops, seasonal promos, or limited-time offers depending
on availability and ongoing campaigns.

Watering frequency depends on the type of plant:
• Indoor Plants: Water once a week or when the topsoil feels dry.
• Outdoor Plants: Water 2–3 times a week, depending on sunlight and heat.
• Succulents: Water every 2–3 weeks; allow soil to fully dry between watering.
Always check the soil moisture first—overwatering is a common cause of plant stress.
Most indoor plants thrive in:
• Bright indirect light (near east-facing windows)
• Medium light (near north-facing windows)
• Low-light plants: Snake plants, ZZ plants, Pothos
• Bright light plants: Succulents, Herbs, Flowering plants
Avoid direct afternoon sun which can burn leaves
Common solutions for plant pests:
• Neem oil spray - Effective for most insects
• Insecticidal soap - Great for aphids and mites
• Isolate affected plants immediately
• Maintain proper humidity and air circulation
